In his address to the Industrialist Forum 2018 organised by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries today (May 30), the Secretary for Innovation and Technology, Mr Nicholas W Yang, said the Government is committed to promoting re-industrialisation and developing a high-end manufacturing industry which leverages new technologies and smart production while requiring less land, so as to identify new growth points for Hong Kong's economic development and create quality and diversified employment opportunities.
